Academic History
My academic history is interrelated with my visual art, curating and role lecturing in curating contemporary art. Many of my research projects have stemmed from the development of practice based research projects, which have accumulated in assessing how an artistic or curated project works out in the public sphere. Most recently my research interests are focused on the role participating in the arts can play in contributing towards the inclusive city, particularly in the climate of increasingly intercultural global cities.
Current Academic Position
I am currently Senior Lecturer, Masters of Arts (Arts Management) specialising in curating subjects and International Co-ordinator. I also a research member of Contemporary Art and Social Transformation (CAST) RMIT School of Art. I have taught the subjects Curating Contemporary Art, Expanded Curating, Arts Management, Art History, Art and Global Cities, Internship (RMIT University) and Arts and Cultural Management in Asia (UoM).
